Customer Care

​

Our customers' needs are our priority, hence we follow a few guidelines here to ensure they are met. 

We strongly advise you to read through our salon policies before you make an appointment / purchase any products from us. 


Appointments

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment so we are able to assess your hair condition and seat you comfortably for your session. It is important for a quick hair assessment to determine the best form of hair service and treatment to be given. We operate on an appointment-only basis, hence your punctuality allows other customers to receive a fair treatment when it reaches their designated time slot. We kindly seek your understanding on that.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment in any cases of cancellations/change of appointment dates. In the event you are unable to provide ample time for notice, priority will be reduced for following appointment sessions.

Gift Vouchers

Please refer to the expiration date on your voucher for validity as well as the terms and conditions before use. 

The validity date cannot be extended.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional items/ongoing promotions.

Data/Privacy

All personal details received and collected from customers will be strictly kept confidential and used only for the stated purpose.

Alteration

Hair Eclipse reserves the right to alter/amend any part of the salon's Terms and Conditions at any time, including price lists.

​

Health

Do always inform and update our staff on any relevant medical conditions so we may better advise you on the appropriate products and treatments to be used.

Refund Policy

Our intent is for each customer’s satisfaction. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:

1. Services received cannot be refunded.
We will gladly adjust any service you receive within Three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.

2. Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.

3. No refunds are given for gift card orders.

4. Gift card orders are not exchangeable.
